WHO:

Intimate and meticulous container with a maximum of 15 participants facilitated by Ēlen Awalom, a long time mystic, emerging metamodern theorist, & former political activist trained in Somatic Experiencing, energy medicine, bodywork, and thousands of hours of Circling, Authentic Relating, Nonviolent Communication and Focusing.

WHAT:

Trauma-sensitive facilitation of communication modalities like Authentic Relating, Circling, and T-Group incorporating somatic presencing.

Embodied awakening practices rooted in somatic psychotherapy. You’ll learn tools you can take home with you to support you in feeling greater ease, a sense of integrated wholeness & consistent presence in the current moment as you move through the world and navigate daily life.

The weekend includes exquisite meals made from locally grown whole and organic foods prepared by Chef Justine Farrow.

One hour integration support call after immersion

OPTIONAL GIFT: One-on-one Somatic Experiencing sessions for people who register by Wednesday, December 28th
